The RIX XL dual robot DR system provides a larger scanning envelope with image angle flexibility for larger, more complex aerospace and automotive parts. This design, paired with VJT’s industry-leading proprietary ADR (automated defect recognition) software, provides excellent throughput and has a robotic load option reducing the strain of manually loading parts. Quality data from this system may be fed into artificial intelligence software to help make real-time decisions in industry 4.0 factories.
